About Me

At work: I’m a literary agent and foreign rights manager at kt literary. In general: I’m a native New Yorker and Cornell graduate living in Astoria, Queens with a sourdough starter named Ryeley.

My career in publishing has spanned international rights as well as the domestic market. I started out as a book scout at Aram Fox, Inc., where I advised international publishers on which American books to acquire for their home markets and fell in love with the process of matchmaking books with just the right editors and publishers around the world. After nearly five years, I moved on to work as an agent and in subrights, at Bookcase Literary Agency and then the Jane Rotrosen Agency, so I could work with authors more directly.

I joined kt literary in 2024. As foreign rights manager, my focus is bringing authors to international readerships and building multi-faceted careers across global markets. As an agent, I represent a broad range of fiction, from commercial rom-coms to radical speculative fiction, subversive thrillers, and upmarket book club fiction. I am drawn to character-driven stories, unusual perspectives, genre-bending works, and supremely pitchable high concepts. I see my dual role as the best of both worlds: I get to work closely with my own authors, as well as represent the agency’s whole list internationally.

When I’m away from my desk, you can find me hiking, knitting, and tending to my collection of carnivorous plants.
